About Us:
We are a national, 100% online home and living brand based out of Launceston, Tasmania. Our small, family-owned business is not just about products, but about people. We are passionate about delivering the highest customer service and we know that when we prioritise our employees, this influences how they interact with our customers.
What you’ll do (key responsibilities)
* Forecast & purchase: Build and maintain data‑driven demand plans. Raise POs, consolidate shipments across multiple suppliers, and prevent stock‑outs before they happen.
* Supplier partnerships: Nurture long‑term relationships, drive production and shipping improvements, and hold partners accountable the production deadlines.
* Logistics & freight: Coordinate containers, optimise container fill, secure competitive freight quotes, and audit courier invoices vs. what customers pay at checkout.
* Warehouse leadership: Oversee daily dispatch, coach two warehouse team‑mates, and support them on the pick/pack line during peak periods.
* Systems & process: Own our WMS, suggest (and implement) efficiency tweaks, and champion best practice across purchasing, stock control, and fulfilment.
* Reporting: Provide clear weekly insights on stock health, slow movers, overstocks, and incoming launches so the rest of the business can plan with confidence.
