Your role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will:
* Support people with disabilities in their homes and the community
* Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, manual handling, positive behaviour support and routines
* Support clients to attend appointments and community activities
* Encourage independence, confidence and social connection
* Work collaboratively within a respectful and inclusive team
What you'll need
* Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Availability across a variety of shifts, including sleepovers
Experience in disability, aged care, mental health or community services is highly regarded but not essential.
