We're growing — and we're looking for a talented Residential Housing Designer and experienced Draftsperson with a flair for design to join our Osborne Park team.

About the Role
This is a hands‐on, creative position where you'll design custom home solutions and present them through detailed drawings and high‐quality 3D renders. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to create homes that are functional, compliant and visually impressive.
What You'll Be Doing
* Design custom residential homes tailored to client briefs, budgets and site conditions;
* Produce sketches, working drawings and documentation in ARCHICAD;
* Create high‐quality coloured 3D renders using Twinmotion for client presentations;
* Research and assess lot constraints, R‐Codes, WA building requirements and council regulations;
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compliant, buildable and innovative outcomes;
* Manage projects from concept through to final documentation.
What You'll Bring
* Certificate IV in Residential Drafting (or equivalent experience);
* Strong residential design and/or drafting experience (WA experience highly regarded);
* High proficiency in ARCHICAD (essential);
* Twinmotion experience (highly regarded);
* Solid understanding of Australian Building Codes, WA construction requirements and R‐Codes;
* Creative flair with strong technical accuracy;
* Excellent attention to detail and problem‐solving ability;
* Strong communication and organisational skills;
* Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
