Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service, providing technical support and product advice with a high level of professionalism.
* Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts and initiate new business opportunities, driving sales through individual and team efforts.
* Identify and act on new marketing opportunities to support business growth and market presence.
* Conduct onsite and workshop-based inspections, providing technical advice to enhance product performance.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers while pursuing new business opportunities.
* Demonstrate solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to prepare correspondence and manage contractual processes in line with company policies.
* Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
* Experience in heavy industry, particularly within underground or surface mining, is highly regarded, along with a strong understanding of GET products.
* Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
* Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality work, safety, and ethical standards.
* Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in computer use, including basic data entry.
* Must have the right to work in Australia and be willing to travel to local and remote mine sites by air and car (>50% of the month), and successfully complete background checks.
