Your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, and ongoing evaluation. Administering immunisations. Performing venepuncture and cannulation with confidence. Providing health education and promotion to individuals and the community. Supporting chronic disease management and preventative health initiatives. Collaborating with GPs and other health professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records. Contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the practice. What We're Looking For Essential Criteria: Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA). Proven experience as a Registered Nurse across diverse clinical settings. Proficiency in venepuncture and cannulation. Current and valid CPR Certificate. Nurse Immuniser certification. Highly Desired (but not essential): Experience in rural or remote healthcare. Previous experience in general practice or community health. Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Why Armidale?
