The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our growing team in Ingham.
What You Will be Doing
* First point of contact for pet owners when they enter the clinic
* Provide a supportive, professional and calm environment for our clients
* Communicating with the vet team
* Handling phone calls and appointment scheduling
* Processing payments, data entry and additional ad hoc duties.
What We Are Looking For
* An experienced Receptionist, either medical or clinical, with knowledge of the Veterinary Industry an advantage
* A desire to offer the best standards of care for patients while showing empathy and support for clients in all aspects of their pets' care
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional time management and organisational ability,
* Experience triaging urgent situations over the phone to determine the best course of action.
* The ability to foster a calm and efficient environment within our workplace.
