About the role: Based at Armidale Hospital, you will: Coordinate and streamline stroke care pathways Support clinicians in delivering evidence-based stroke management Provide education to staff across the service Work closely with patients and families throughout the recovery journey Contribute to clinical audits and service improvement initiatives Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes This role offers a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership and service development. You’ll work independently, prioritising complex needs while playing a key role in driving stroke excellence across the hospital.
