The Role
Gather by Cater Care is hiring a Catering Assistant for Union College, St Lucia. If you're a positive team player who enjoys fast-paced work and great food, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare dining areas and serve meals to students
* Assist with basic food preparation (sandwiches, salads, vegetable prep)
* Maintain cleanliness across kitchen, service, and dining areas, including dishwashing
* Support service periods, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
* Follow all food hygiene, safety, and security procedures
