We’ve experienced rapid growth and are creating a broad Commercial Associate role in our APAC team. You will report directly to Jack, our APAC Commercial Lead, and collaborate closely with our CEO & Co-Founder, David, and the rest of the commercial team.
This role covers a wide range of responsibilities, including sales, account management, customer success, support, operations, partnerships, and some product and marketing elements.
Responsibilities include:
1. Delivering demos and sales meetings via video calls to prospects, converting them into paying customers;
2. Managing accounts and supporting customer success during trials and post-sale;
3. Owning operational projects as they arise, such as IP protection, HR system selection, and spend management system implementation;
4. Developing partnership relationships with accounting software providers and complementary solutions;
5. Providing customer insights to inform our product roadmap as we develop our offerings.

About You:
* You have firsthand experience with the problems we aim to solve, likely as a qualified accountant or finance professional, fluent in debits and credits, and enthusiastic about accounting;
* You are hyper-organized to handle many moving parts;
* You are excited about sales, even if you have no prior sales experience — the prospect excites you;
* You excel at building relationships;
* You are passionate about great products and curious about software possibilities;
* You have an insatiable desire to learn and be challenged;
* You are based in Australia and comfortable working remotely.
The Details:
* Salary will depend on experience, with a minimum of $75k per annum (excluding superannuation);
