The role
Wardrobe Services is the engine room that keeps us going—a dynamic team supporting the operations of Crown hotels and resorts.
We’re looking for a reliable and team-oriented individual to join the Wardrobe Services Team on a casual basis. Shifts are scheduled Monday to Sunday between 4:30am and 12:30am, so availability during these times is important.
In this role, you’ll help create positive experiences for our internal teams through your commitment to service and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to team member enquiries promptly and professionally
- Delivering excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
What You’ll Bring

- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team
- Comfort working in a physically active role, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred
