Join to apply for the Site Manager role at Design Build
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of commercial projects across South Sydney.
You’ll be overseeing projects ranging from fit-outs and refurbishments to larger-scale commercial builds, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily site operations and coordinate all trades and subcontractors
* Maintain compliance with WHS standards and conduct site inductions
* Liaise with the Project Manager and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
* Monitor and report on progress, quality, and safety
* Drive schedules and proactively manage delays or issues
About You:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies and WHS standards
* Great communication and leadership skills
* Ability to build rapport with clients, trades, and internal teams
* Trade background or relevant qualifications highly regarded
* Current White Card and valid driver’s license.
