About the role IPN's Receptionists provide a high standard of customer service and administration to patients and Doctors. Supporting the successful running of the centre the role includes: Managing confidential patient records Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointments Patient billing and payment collection Working as part of a team supporting the Practice Manager Skills & experience Medical receptionist experience preferred Ability to develop quality working relationships Exceptional customer service, data entry and communication skills Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills Experience using Best Practice or other practice management software (highly desirable) Benefits Professional development support Career-progression opportunities Flexible working arrangements Experienced teams and a safe environment
