Our client, based in Moonee Ponds is on the lookout for someone sharp, switched on, and hungry to grow to join their team as a Full‐Time Credit Manager / Parabroker.
This isn't a sit‐back admin role. You'll be in the engine room of a high‐performing brokerage, working closely with their team, learning how deals actually get done, and playing a key role in delivering real outcomes for clients.

About the Role
As a Full‐Time Credit Manager / Parabroker, your responsibilities will include:
* Researching, structuring, lodging, and managing finance applications through to settlement
* Assessing clients' financial position, borrowing capacity, and servicing
* Working across Residential, Commercial, and Asset Finance
* Conducting lender and policy analysis and negotiating to achieve strong client outcomes
* Interpreting complex financial documents for self‐employed clients and entity structures to determine suitable lending structures
* Preparing finance applications, including living expense analysis, supporting document collection, application preparation, and lodgement
* Managing the finance application process from lodgement through to settlement
* Liaising with clients throughout the application process on behalf of the broker
* Communicating with lenders and BDMs to help progress applications and achieve outcomes
About You
* Minimum 4 years' experience in finance broking, credit analysis, or a similar role
* Strong understanding of credit, servicing, and complex finance calculations
* Ability to read and interpret financial documents and understand lending structures
* Experience across residential, commercial, and asset finance is highly regarded
* Previous experience using Infynity is an advantage
* Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management or Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
