Position Overview
Employment Type: Part time (24 hours per fortnight) with a fixed fortnightly schedule: Monday in Week 1 and Thursday, Friday in Week 2. Location: Camperdown Campus (Leura Aged Care). Classification: Administrative Grade 1. Salary Range: $58,442.80 to $64,610 pro rata, plus superannuation.
About the Role
You will be a friendly face and a key support for staff, residents, patients, and families. Your responsibilities include scheduling, data entry, correspondence, financial administration, and general office support. Your ability to stay organized while maintaining a positive, can‐do attitude will help keep things running smoothly.

* Previous experience in administration or office support
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* A friendly, compassionate, and approachable nature
* Strong communication skills and a willingness to help others
* Excellent organization and attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
* Flexibility and openness to working across different areas, including aged care
