You will also ensure all staff have up-to-date training and are performing to the best of their ability.Your experience and skills include:1 to 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.Experience in managing the Groups segment (business & leisure), including strategy implementation and quotations.Experience with systems such as Opera Cloud, Excel, and Microsoft Office is desirable.Experience with a hotel loyalty program is an asset.Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business demands.Additional InformationOur HotelThe Novotel & ibis Styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded, 464-room hotel celebrating its first birthday on 1 July 2025!The Novotel Melbourne Airport has 248 rooms, and ibis Styles Melbourne Airport has 216 rooms.
