Key Responsibilities:
* Manage reception: Answering and directing calls, welcoming clients, trades, and visitors
* Provide support to the sales, property management, and BDM teams
* Carry out administrative duties and general office tasks
* Assist with key management using Log It Out software
* Perform letterbox drops and assist with marketing initiatives
* Attend external appointments and shadow senior staff to learn the ropes
What You'll Need:
* Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain)
* A valid driver's license
* No prior experience required – just the right attitude and willingness to learn
