Store Manager - Cignall Tobacconist
We are seeking a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or an experienced Supervisor willing to take that next step in there professional career

After receiving the right training and guidance, you will be given the autonomy to make the right decisions for your store and treat it as if it were your own business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading your team by example, you are someone that grows sales and builds loyalty, you are results driven and have attention to detail that will help your team to continue to grow and strive for success.
* Customer service and building rapport
* Managing all aspects of stock, ordering, stocktakes and budgets
* Excellent visual merchandising experience to maximise sales opportunities
* Enjoy working in a fast pace and busy environment
* Creating and submitting daily - Day End Reports
The successful applicant will also have:
A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets, a proven ability to work within a fast paced retail environment, a happy, friendly and energetic personality, a desire to deliver high quality customer service with relevant experiences in a similar role.
Previous experience selling cigarettes and tobacco is highly desirable but not essential.
