Test Analyst Opportunity
The Contact Centre Modernisation (CCM) Project is seeking experienced Test Analysts to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile, large-scale transformation program within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
The successful candidates will contribute to the quality assurance and testing strategy of complex system components with a focus on Contact Centre technologies and automation frameworks. The role involves designing, developing, and executing test cases and scripts based on project requirements and specifications. Additionally, they will conduct functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing, leveraging automation tools to streamline and enhance test coverage.
They will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes. Participating in defect triage, root cause analysis, and re-testing as required is also an essential part of this role. Furthermore, they will provide regular status updates, testing metrics, and support documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience working as a Test Analyst on large, complex IT projects.
* Hands-on experience with Contact Centre platforms, particularly CX1 (NICE CXone).
* Proficiency in test automation tools, ideally including Pump.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Australian Citizenship is mandatory. NV1 Security Clearance is highly desirable but not essential. Candidates without NV1 may still be considered.
