We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Support Officer to join our team. This is a diverse and challenging role that requires strong administrative skills and the ability to work independently.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to lawyers with all activities associated with case files, including preparation of correspondence and legal documents, keeping file notes, collecting personal information, preparing briefs, data entry, searches, and scheduling appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated legal administrative experience and ability to work independently
* Accurate and efficient typing skills, with the ability to learn organisation specific systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain positive relationships with team members and colleagues
* Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to take on additional duties when required
