About This Role
You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the Institution complies with revised Credit Risk RWA standards.
As a Business Analyst, your key accountabilities will include:
* Gathering and documenting business requirements.
* Analysing data to identify trends, insights, or issues.
* Creating process maps and workflow diagrams.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs.
* Designing solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
* Conducting meetings and workshops to gather information or achieve objectives.
* Assisting in testing and validating new systems or processes.
* Updating project plans and timelines.
* Providing support and training to end-users.
This role requires a proven track record in business analysis and experience in facilitating workshops. You should have a detailed knowledge of business analysis tasks and be competent in requirements gathering skills. A good understanding of project management lifecycles and procedures is also essential.
