Role Overview
A dynamic and challenging opportunity is available for a seasoned technical professional to assume the role of Technical Manager. This 12-month full-time position will involve extensive travel across Australia, working closely with a dedicated team to drive success in a rapidly evolving market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to internal colleagues, sales representatives, retail partners, end-users, and customers. This includes facilitating complex technical customer inquiries, managing complaint and product failure investigations, analyzing and reporting on complaints, coordinating prioritization processes, and developing comprehensive technical training modules.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess prior experience in animal health, livestock equipment, identification, or related industries, a science-based degree, and a deep understanding of agricultural markets. They must also demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
