Strategic Design Expert
We are seeking contractors with specialist strategic/service design skills to work on a contract extension.

The key duties involve providing consultation and engagement, developing user research insights, preparing written advice, and supporting performance reporting and evaluation framework development.
Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and is able to provide clear and concise written and verbal advice tailored to the appropriate audience. Key attributes include understanding constraints and environmental factors while delivering the best possible outcome.
