Therapy Services Role
We are seeking passionate professionals to join our collaborative team delivering personalized therapy services to residents in Residential Aged Care.
This role empowers you to design therapy programs tailored to resident goals and priorities, supporting both one-on-one and group-based active ageing services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to support mobility, daily living, falls prevention, equipment needs, and more.
* Deliver hands-on therapy interventions, pain management, and care plan reviews.
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve resident-centred outcomes.
* Demonstrate flexibility and work within the scope of your clinical practice.
What You'll Need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
* Current registration with the relevant professional body
* Full working rights in Australia
* Willingness to obtain a National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
