We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to manage and grow our key customers across Australia and New Zealand. This role will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams from design to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop strategic relationships with major furniture retailers
* Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new partners.
* Collaborate with internal merchandising, design, and production teams to deliver tailored product solutions that meet client needs.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide business insights and recommendations.
* Lead product presentations, range reviews, and seasonal selling meetings with key customers.
* Oversee order management, pricing, and contract negotiations to ensure commercial viability and customer satisfaction.
* Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and smooth delivery coordination.
* Provide regular sales forecasts, performance analysis, and reporting to management.
* Represent HTL at industry trade shows and customer events where required.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 3–5 years of account management or sales experience in the furniture, home décor, or consumer goods industry.
* Heavy travelling is required within Australia & New Zealand and extensive travelling for meetings and trade fairs
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to manage key accounts and deliver sales growth targets.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self‐motivated, results‐driven, and able to work independently with cross‐functional collaboration.
