Trustrust Structural Solutions – Grass Valley, WA
Machine Operator / Production Operator to operate our rollforming manufacturing line at our Grass Valley factory. This role suits someone with experience operating industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, or production line machines in a factory or manufacturing environment.
The position will initially cover a short period of paternity leave for our primary operator, but the main objective is to support the introduction of a second production shift so we can increase manufacturing output. The successful candidate must be comfortable working afternoon or second shifts and operating machinery independently.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate rollforming machinery and manufacturing equipment
* Perform coil changes, tooling adjustments and machine setup
* Monitor production output and product quality
* Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues on industrial machinery
* Maintain production records and meet manufacturing targets
* Maintain a safe, clean and organised factory environment
About You
* Experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator or Manufacturing Operator
* Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving ability
* Comfortable operating industrial machinery or production equipment
* Able to lift 15–18kg and work on your feet
* Safety-focused and reliable
* Willing to work flexible hours or second shift
Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
