About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Property Manager responsible for the efficient and effective management of a portfolio of commercial properties.
Some of your responsibilities may include:
Build strong relationships with tenants and owners, handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage leases, rent reviews, renewals, and ensure documentation compliance.
Oversee rent collection and arrears management in line with lease terms.
Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and regular inspections.
Ensure compliance with WHS, legal, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate property records.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Real Estate experience
A Certificate of Registration
A current and valid driver's licence
Previous experience in the real estate industry
Good communication skills and a professional presentation
Willingness to learn and be part of a close-knit, experienced team
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
