We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established professional services firm with a busy and collaborative accounts team. The organisation is known for its supportive culture, strong internal processes, and long-standing client relationships across Western Australia.
The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a part-time Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant to join the Perth office. This position is for 2–3 days per week (22.5 hours) and will see you working closely with the wider finance team to provide high-quality accounts support.
Your Duties
- Processing transactions into MYOB for individuals and entities, including reconciliations
- Updating Share Trading and Investment Property spreadsheets
- Accounts payable support, including reconciliation of firm credit cards and expenditure
- Assisting the Credit Controller with end-of-month invoicing and client correspondence
- Providing support across trust account processes
- Other ad hoc administrative and finance duties as required
Experience
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts support role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate to advanced experience with MYOB and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving
