The Cabinet Shop Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cabinet production department. This role involves leading, managing, and developing the cabinet production team, coordinating with other departments, and driving continuous improvement across processes. While primarily a leadership role, the Supervisor is also expected to step in and support production tasks when required to maintain flow and output.
The Cabinet Shop Production Supervisor plays a critical role in delivering operational excellence, ensuring quality, and meeting production targets while fostering a safe and accountable team culture.

Required Experience
* Proven experience in Cabinet shop operations or a similar manufacturing environment.

* Minimum 3 years of working experience in Cabinet production or similar industry preferred.
