An exciting opportunity is available for a Clinical Nurse Educator to join a well-established residential aged care facility near Toowoomba, QLD. As Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a critical role in guiding and supporting clinical staff through effective education and development programs. You will foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, ensuring high-quality care outcomes for residents. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs for staff, including graduate nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and AINs. Provide on-the-floor coaching, mentoring, and support to build staff competence and confidence. Conduct competency assessments and contribute to clinical skills development across all shifts. Support new staff onboarding and orientation processes. Collaborate with the leadership team to identify training needs and align educational initiatives with organisational goals. Promote evidence-based practice and support quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate education records and contribute to compliance with accreditation standards. About You Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting. Previous experience in a nurse educator or clinical support role is highly desirable. Strong understanding of aged care standards, clinical governance, and best practice principles. Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire others in a team-focused environment.
