We are currently seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in Mildura. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents, supporting their independence, and empowering their choices.
* You will provide personalized care that adheres to Regis Aged Care best practice standards.
* Your main goal will be to deliver care that supports residents in achieving their goals and having their needs met.
No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. We welcome Certificate III or higher qualified individuals who are passionate about providing quality care for others.
