About Us
Signature Shower Screens & Wardrobes is a well‐established South Australian business with over 18 years in the industry. We specialise in custom shower screens and wardrobes, working closely with builders and homeowners across Adelaide.
We are investing in strengthening our internal systems and are seeking an experienced technical office coordinator to take ownership of job configuration, scheduling, and workflow management.
This is not a general admin role.
This is a hands‐on technical coordination position requiring accuracy, structure, and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily office operations and maintain structured workflow
* Coordinate job scheduling between office, factory, and installers
* Read and interpret floor plans, site measurements, and builder documentation
* Assess wall and floor conditions, including run‐outs and site variances
* Configure shower screens and wardrobes accurately based on site requirements
* Ensure job specifications are correct prior to production to minimise costly errors
* Use job management software to track schedules, variations, and progress
* Manage builder and client communication professionally
* Assist with invoicing, job documentation, and progress tracking
* Identify inefficiencies and implement practical process improvements
* Support the Director in strengthening systems as the business grows
Accuracy and technical attention to detail are essential in this role.
About You
* Experience within construction, glazing, cabinetry, kitchens, wardrobes, or similar trade industry
* Proven experience interpreting plans and configuring jobs
* Strong organisational and workflow coordination skills
* Ability to think ahead and identify potential site or specification issues
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Stable work history and desire for a long‐term role
