**How will I help?**
The Support Analyst role is about delivering support for the Business Unit and ability to contribute to the strong development in technology - with focus on service experience and performance for customers and staff.
**Key role responsibilities include**:
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of complex system issues to ensure service is restored in accordance with business needs, timeframes, and SLAs.
- Support changes to meet the demands of the evolving marketplace whilst maintaining availability and performance targets for the services.
- Strong communication with stakeholders around incidents, risks
- Analysis operational performance, processes and solutions and assist in their improvement
**Customer**
- Undertake delivery of support tasks to agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
- Engage with strategic business partners to establish a clearly aligned, customer centric business vision.
- Work with the broader Infrastructure and Service Management Teams to deliver against the broader IT Strategy.
- Ensure the provision of all IT services to the business is continually moving towards best practice with respect to cost, quality and service.
- Build key business and technology engagement and relationships through delivery and quality of communication.
- Understand and drive solutions & deliverables - front to back - for the Business Units being supported.
- Work in a collaborative environment with the business stakeholders of Consumer & Business Bank Digital to provide input into such areas as: operational technology stability, and impact/status/remedial plans of any production outages; operational technology requirements to support planned business growth/new products/functionality etc.
- In addition to the above specific responsibilities, any other tasks as directed from time-to-time.

- Ability to be challenged and work within small robust teams on variety of tasks and business drivers.

**Technical Skills**:
- Knowledge of programming languages - Advantageous
- Experience with managing system changes, functional testing, implementations
- Identification of new Technologies in the market place;
- Advanced analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting and consultative skills
