Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Draftsperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating sales sketches and design concepts using ArchiCAD, working with Sales and Design Consultants to refine concepts, contributing to developing new standard product and display homes, and liaising with local government authorities and land developers.

About the Role
* Create sales sketches and design concepts using ArchiCAD
* Work with Sales and Design Consultants to refine concepts
* Contribute to developing new standard product and display homes
* Liaise with local government authorities and land developers
Requirements
* 3+ years experience in residential design producing single/two-storey homes
* Strong understanding of R Codes and NCC
* Sound ArchiCAD knowledge
* Twinmotion experience (preferred)
* Strong communication skills to maintain relationships with stakeholders
* Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
* Ability to meet deadlines
