Support Merchandiser Role
This position involves working with our Relay Team on an ongoing basis. As a support merchandiser, you will be responsible for completing various tasks such as planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.
The role is ideal for individuals who value flexible work-life balance and can commit to up to 15 hours per week. The job requires strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with personnel, creating and maintaining quality planograms in stores, and adhering to Coles Relay Standards and Ways of Working.
Auditing checklists are provided and the ability to complete auditing accurately and efficiently is highly regarded.
Responsibilities:
* Foster strong working relationships with personnel.
* Create and maintain quality planograms in stores.
* Pricing and ticketing compliance.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone.
* Adhere to Coles Relay Standards and Ways of Working.
* Ensure all safe work practices are adhered to.
* Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment.
* Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
