Operating under Steve Madden Fashions, the Kurt Geiger Administrative Assistant will support the heart of our David Jones concession business.
This role is critical to keeping pricing sharp, stock flowing, and operations running seamlessly across stores, online, and the distribution center.
What you'll bring
* Strong administrative and coordination experience, ideally within fashion, footwear, or concession retail
* Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with pricing and data accuracy
* Experience using retail systems such as SPS, REX, or similar - highly regarded
* Confident communication skills and the ability to work across stores, warehouse teams, and external partners
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
* Solid Excel skills and experience with retail reporting
What you'll be doing
Pricing & Promotions
* Manage the David Jones weekly pricing report
* Upload and maintain SPS masterfiles to ensure accurate pricing across all channels
* Execute all markdowns end to end
* Process permanent price changes by downloading, updating, and reuploading masterfiles
Product & Inventory Administration
* Support and coordinate store consolidation processes
* Monitor daily online store volumes to ensure compliance
* Upload and maintain accurate online stock on hand
* Check REX inbounds to confirm stock has been received and accepted by stores
* Review and process faulty stock during store visits
* Clean up, transfer, and rebalance stock between stores in REX during store visits
Warehouse & Fulfilment Support
* Review and distribute daily TNT and FedEx reports
* Monitor warehouse stock movements
* Flag all new arrivals requiring a PRICAT to ensure pricing readiness
* Support large stock pushes through planning and execution
* Conduct warehouse walk-throughs, including checking price tickets for Australian pricing compliance
