We seek an enthusiastic
Learning Support Assistant
to join our dedicated Learning Support team at both our Senior and Junior campuses in Sale. Our Learning Assistants play a vital role in supporting our students' academic and personal growth.
In this rewarding position, you will work closely with classroom teachers to provide support to students with diverse learning needs. Your support will be guided by Individual Learning Plans, with your contribution helping to create an inclusive and encouraging learning environment where every student can succeed.
The Successful Candidate Will Be
Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about working with young people
A strong communicator and team player
Organised, flexible, and proactive in supporting student learning
Open to continuous professional development to improve your skills and knowledge
This is a school time, term-time role working across four days per week, with commencement in late January ****.
Desirable Criteria
Experience in a similar role, working with young people and in a school setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Genuine interest in working with young people and supporting their education and development.
Qualifications in Education Support or a relevant area, or willingness to attain.
