Overview
The Foot Studio Podiatry is a values-driven, community-focused practice built on doing podiatry well, with care, integrity and genuine connection. We are seeking a podiatrist to join our team in a supportive, high-standard clinical environment where your experience, clinical reasoning and perspective are genuinely respected and valued. This role is designed to suit podiatrists at different stages of their career and offers flexibility, autonomy and long-term opportunity.
About the Role
You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinic environment, managing a diverse caseload while contributing to the ongoing development of the practice and the profession. The role offers flexibility in hours and caseload design, strong clinical support, and autonomy in how you practise.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a mixed dermatology and musculoskeletal caseload
* Assess and treat a broad range of conditions including:
o Sports injuries and rehabilitation
o Post-surgical rehabilitation
o Chronic pain presentations
o Paediatric podiatry
o High-risk foot and wound care in a private setting
* Prescribe, design and fit orthoses and appropriate footwear
* Perform nail surgery procedures (or willingness to be trained and supported)
* Provide general podiatry care including skin and nail management
* Communicate effectively with GPs, referrers and allied health professionals
* Contribute to weekly case discussions and shared clinical learning
* Contribute ideas to improve patient care, systems and service delivery
* Work independently while being an active and supportive team member
Facilities & Clinical Resources

o Full gym equipment for assessment, rehab and clinician personal use

o Custom foot orthoses (2D printed)

You will also be fully supported by:
* A dedicated front-of-house and administrative team
* An attached retail footwear store, allowing you to confidently fit and educate patients on footwear as part of their care plan
Community & Industry Involvement
The Foot Studio's work extends beyond the consult room. You will have opportunities to:
* Contribute to and support local community events
* Educate and collaborate with the footwear industry
* Engage with the aged care sector
* Support local sporting communities, including strong ties with Fremantle Triathlon Club and the local trail running community
* Provide remote podiatry support at events such as Transcend Trails
Community involvement is encouraged and supported, not expected — involvement is tailored to your interests and capacity.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor of Podiatry (or equivalent)
* Current AHPRA registration
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* Professional Indemnity Insurance
* Working With Children Check and satisfactory criminal record check
* Minimum 3+ years' clinical experience (Flexibility for the right candidate, including early career or new graduate podiatrists)
Salary
A salary range of $90,000 – $130,000 is offered, dependent on experience, role scope and agreed workload.
