The Opportunity
* AI Architect / Lead Developer supporting AI Ways of Working uplift.
* Project-based consulting role embedded in an architecture-aligned Davidson delivery team.
* Flexible base location across Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
What you'll do
* Design and build the first tranche of AI accelerators and workflow tools for the architecture function.
* Turn prioritised use cases into working pilots, structured outputs and reusable technical patterns.
* Create lightweight approaches for prompt structure, references, evaluation, and human review.
* Build practical tools that support tasks such as triage, fit-gap analysis, briefing, reporting, and coordination.
* Help shape the technical backbone of the hybrid AI Chief of Staff capability.
* Document how the tools work, how they should be used, and where human approval remains essential.
* Work closely with process, leadership and architecture stakeholders to ensure the build solves real operational problems.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience rapidly prototyping and delivering AI‐assisted workflow tools in enterprise environments.
* Solution design across copilots, assistants, scripted accelerators, or agent‐style workflows, with strong testing and output‐quality discipline.
* Experience building structured outputs, references, prompts, and workflow templates, with the ability to explain technical trade‐offs clearly to non‐technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work within secure, approval‐aware enterprise delivery environments with strong documentation and handover discipline.
* Experience with OpenAI, Claude or comparable enterprise AI tooling is highly regarded.
