Procare's Factual Investigations Division are seeking Factual Investigators experienced in General Insurance (GI) to join our team.
We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.
The Role
Attend various locations, predominantly within Melbourne and a proportion of work across VIC;
Interview appropriate key parties, take statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties;
Prepare and draft factual reports.
About You:
Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence;
Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
Hold an ASIST Certificate (or willing to obtain);
Hold a Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain);
Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred.
