The Role
As our Centre Director, you will be at the heart of our buzzing community. You will lead a passionate team of educators, foster connections with families, and ensure our centre runs smoothly, all while keeping the magic of childhood learning alive. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading and inspiring a positive, collaborative team culture
* Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework, Regulations, Law and EYLF
* Overseeing day-to-day operations including staffing, rostering, administration, compliance, etc
* Building strong partnerships with families and the community
* Driving continuous improvement and championing best practice in early childhood education
About You
* Has previous experience as a Centre Director (minimum 1 year experience)
* Strong knowledge of compliance, governance and best early childhood practise
* Excellent communication skills, organisation and team mentoring skills
* A calm, solutions-focused leadership style
* Approved Early Childhood qualifications and mandatory certifications
