We're seeking a confident, motivated Outreach Specialist to help drive our next phase of growth.
The Role
This is a commission-only, performance-based opportunity for a driven property professional who thrives on results. You'll generate, nurture, and qualify new business opportunities for our buyers agency and project management services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage new prospects through LinkedIn, cold calling, property networks, financial advisors, accountants, and real estate professionals.
Attend networking events to build valuable relationships and referral pipelines.
Qualify leads for Futureland's buyers agent and project management teams.
Represent Futureland's mantra of integrity, innovation, and excellence with professionalism and style.
Maintain consistent CRM follow-up and build relationships that convert.
Close deals and earn high commissions for successful outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of real estate experience and 6–12 months of outreach or business development experience (real estate sector preferred).
Ideally holds a Real Estate License (or currently completing one).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work remotely with autonomy.
Proficient with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and digital outreach tools.
Own a laptop, mobile phone, and reliable home internet.
