Job Summary
As a Project Manager, you will enhance the capacity and capability of the Project Acceleration team. Your primary objective is to collaboratively design and execute initiatives that improve productivity and mitigate schedule risks across designated work fronts.

About the Role
We are seeking specialists in tunnel boring machines and power station construction. Two to three positions are available.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager for Project Excellence, you will work closely with on-site internal resources and the main contractor to identify initiatives that can accelerate or de-risk the work. You will liaise with subject matter experts (SMEs) for further technical development and quantify potential improvements that promise significant impact, with buy-in from the main contractor.
Through developing strong relationships and collaboration with relevant stakeholders, you will ensure initiatives are fully adopted, enabling measurement of productivity improvements and celebration of success.

* Data Analysis: Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to interpret project plans, shift reports, and other relevant documents to provide actionable insights for improvement.

* Influencing Stakeholders: Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade stakeholders to recognise the need for and benefits of potential improvements.
* Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify areas for enhancement and drive initiatives.

Requirements
Tertiary qualified with further study in your specialist discipline highly regarded. A track record of productivity improvements in large infrastructure projects either in Australia or globally is essential. Significant experience in the construction and commissioning phases is necessary - civil, transport, hydro, energy.

Work Environment
This role is based in Cooma (Monday - Friday) with frequent trips to construction sites at Lobs Hole, Tantangara, and Marica.
