**The Role**
Customer Service Officers are the frontline of the Australian Government Security Agency, delivering high quality customer service in a fast paced environment, to AGSVA's customers and stakeholders, including Defence, Defence Industry and other Government Agencies.
Duties of the position include but are not limited to:
- Processing and transacting security clearance related products;
- Working collaboratively within a diverse team and work environment;
- Ongoing engagement with on-the-job training and participation in activities to build and maintain customer service skills, systems and product knowledge.
