Job Description As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be the bridge between businesses in need of talent and job seekers pursuing their best roles. Your responsibilities include:
* Actively pursuing new business opportunities while building and nurturing long-lasting client relationships.
* Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
* Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Becoming an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.
* Attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies.
* Guiding clients and candidates through the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Collaborating within a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.

* Experienced Recruitment Consultants: proven track record in B2B recruitment and a desire to excel.
* Career Changers: ready to embrace a new challenge in recruitment.
* Sales Superstars: bring at least 12 months of sales experience and transferable skills to thrive in recruitment.
