About the role
National Parks and Wildlife Service has a unique opportunity for a Supervisor to coordinate provision of financial, administrative and human resource services for Cape Byron Trust. The role will supervise a multi–disciplinary team deliver diverse activities and quality services to support Cape Byron Trust and NPWS Business Unit objectives; foster and promote a team-based culture of customer-focused service delivery; contribute to the development and implementation of systems, processes and related practices.
Key responsibilities include budget development processes, financial management and reporting, human resource management, administrative services and provision of information management systems.
About You
To be successful for the role you will have some level of autonomy, make day-to-day decisions relating to work priorities and workload management for yourself and staff, and be accountable for the quality, integrity, and accuracy of advice provided.
Knowledge and experience
* Experience in the provision of high level administrative, financial, purchasing, accounting, and other related support services with the capacity to develop, implement and maintain support systems and procedures.
* Ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and regulations and a broad knowledge of administration, human resource and accounting processes.
* Demonstrated ability to prepare high level complex reports, briefings and correspondence in a timely manner.
