Job Opportunity: Government Housing Asset Planner
This is a key leadership role that will shape housing programs across the Northern Territory, leading critical infrastructure planning and engaging with diverse regional stakeholders.
The Manager GEH Asset Planning will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and coordination of Government Employee Housing (GEH) capital works and upgrade programs across regional and remote areas in the Territory.
You will play a critical part in shaping the delivery of essential housing services for government staff in some of the Territory's most unique and challenging environments, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to manage housing infrastructure planning, land use, and capital program delivery.
About You:
* Demonstrated expertise in high-level infrastructure and facilities planning.
* Established project management and organisational skills including the ability to work under pressure and independently.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate information and influence a collaborative approach to achieve outcomes.
* Attention to detail with the ability to deliver reports, policies, strategies, advice and data effectively.
* Able to research, understand, analyse and interpret policies and legislation.
* Extensive experience understanding technical and administrative issues relating to build projects within a Northern Territory context.
