* Experience & Skill (CDP/Sous): Proven a la carte experience in quality restaurants or 5-star hotels is essential for senior roles.
* Commitment: A strong work ethic, dedication to consistent quality, and a creative eye for detail.
* Team Focus: Ability to work collaboratively, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a busy kitchen section.
* Growth Mindset: A willingness to learn, take direction, and a passion for continued development.
* Hygiene & Safety: Sound knowledge of kitchen standards and sanitary rules.
* Bonus Skills: Expertise in Pastry and/or working with premium Steak/Seafood is highly advantageous.
