About the Role
We're on the lookout for a superstar Receptionist to be one of the friendly faces of our Indooroopilly clinic. In this role, you'll work closely with the Office Manager to deliver exceptional service to our patients and help keep our clinic running smoothly.
This is a permanent part‐time position, commencing at approximately 20 hours per week, with availability required on Mondays and Fridays. As our clinic continues to grow, there is potential for this role to increase to full‐time hours in the future. The position also offers an exciting career development pathway for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Your day‐to‐day will include:
* Managing incoming calls and appointment bookings
* Processing payments and Medicare claims
* Keeping the front desk area clean, tidy, and welcoming
* Supporting the admin team with data entry and general administrative tasks
* Providing a warm, professional first impression for every patient
Qualifications
You're a people person who thrives in a fast‐paced, friendly environment and enjoys creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. You'll bring:
* A can‐do mindset with a dependable and collaborative approach
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Great admin and computer skills (experience with Gensolve or Hi‐CAPS is a bonus!)
* Availability to work Mondays and Fridays (all day)
* Flexibility to pick up additional shifts when needed
* Previous experience in allied health or medical reception (highly regarded)
* A genuine interest in building a long‐term career with Sports & Spinal and developing into a future leadership position
