Our client is an established Real Estate leader with an experienced and innovative team that thrives on recent challenges. This agency has an extensive loyal client base and provides ongoing support and referrals.
Base pay range
A$80,000.00/yr - A$95,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including social media and digital promotions
Coordinate marketing materials and property listing content
Attend client meetings, property inspections, and open homes
Assist with auction day preparation and onsite support
Support project-based marketing initiatives and team campaigns
Schedule and coordinate photographers, valuations, and inspections
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular feedback to the team
Stay informed on local market trends, property values, and stock levels
Organise team calendars, client appointments, and internal meetings
Ensure timely communication between clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Keep accurate records and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a professional presentation and positive attitude
Excellent organisational, administrative, and time management abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a current ACT driver’s license and reliable vehicle; real estate license (or willingness to obtain) required
