What We’re Looking For
* Strong safety experience in the construction sector (commercial/civil, government, tier 1 projects)
* Formal qualification in workplace health and safety (OHS, WHS, or related field)
* Solid understanding of current health and safety legislation
* Project management and team leadership skills
* Top‑notch communication and consulting abilities
* Interest or experience in occupational hygiene
* Experience in retail, education, or local government safety
* Leadership or mentoring background
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
* CRM and Office 365 know‑how
